Zac Deters Love that this gym is an old school style gym. You get out what you put in. Got a trainer and learned a lot about building up instead of just jumping back into full throttle so i didnt hurt myself. The classes are great and the cross fit area has pretty much everything you need. While working out here was made to feel like family and the employees were always fun and professional.
