1 /5 MiAmor: Called for energy assistance which Ive never ever done but because my light bill was doubled I needed a little help, the lady that answered my call was so disturbingly rude I had to look at my phone to make sure this was a church I called. She kept telling me that entergy has a 150 credit their giving and Im like yes I understand that but that credit wont help me right now and she says well if you apply entergy should work with you, I explained I already spoke to entergy and the credt takes 15days if approved and I had a disconnect she then tells me Ill tke your info but the guy that handles the money will be in later and hell call no surprise he never called this lady made me not be proud to be a catholic and if you advertise that you help people you should help. This is clearly an example of a facility that wants to look good for the appearance of it all but dont truly want to help you
