1 /5 Christina Brown: 0n 6/24/25, I did not expect this shop to swindle me due to the perceived professionalism and the 5 star reviews. I did, however, experienced some of what each 1 star reviewer has expressed, which prompted me to contact the BBB and possibly LA Dept of Insurance because it seems like deceptive practices are going on here. In short, I paid $100 for a diagnostics fee and had to demand a printout because they only checked what I told them was wrong. If Im paying $100 for a diagnostic of the car, I want full report. They eventually misdiagnosed the car, and when I returned it for them to fix, they held the car over the weekend to tell me on that following Tuesday that they couldnt fix it. I now have to go through all of this again with a different mechanic all because this shop wants money without the hard work.
