Avis Adams I dont even know where to start!! I have BEEN going to Auto Haven for at least 10 yrs. We have had work done on several of our trucks from brake jobs, engine repairs, rear-end rebuilds, oil changes, and body work. The work that Mr. Ralph and his staff have done is simply remarkable!! These gentlemen not only know what they are doing, but the repairs are done in a timely manner. If you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle, I would definitely bring it to them!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Jessica Leone is the best! He will diagnose your problem asap; not leave you lingering in anticipation, and for those of us with "old faithful," vehicles that we will ride til the wheels fall off, it is very much appreciated. Nevermind the fact that he doesnt overcharge or try and upsell you on stuff you dont need. Great man, great service and fair prices!

Marilyn Alm After a poor experience with another shop, I tried Premier. The other shop didnt want to be bothered with repairing my AC. They blew me off, saying it was an electrical problem and they didnt do electrical. They also wouldnt let me wait, which cost me two Uber rides. PREMIER, otoh, told me it would take a couple days if they needed parts. So I left my car. It actually only took them 24 hours to diagnose and correct the issue. The Staff were polite and friendly, and apologized for taking so long. Not nearly as annoying as the first place... and the AC is working fine over a year later. Will definitely go back if theres another problem. Note that they prefer checks to credit cards.

James Bienvenu III Great customer service, this shop will do everything they can to help out in a tight spot! If for some reason they cant do it, they know who will give you the best bang for your buck. On top of that, in my experience, they work hard to give you a meticulous diagnosis and get the job done right the first time! Id recommend them over a dealership any day!
