Carla Santiago I adore this grand old church but the true treasure is inside..the members!! They dont just learn the word of God, they live it and share it. You feel welcomed and a part of the family on day 1.

Carla Waterfield We have been parishioners for 12 years. at St. Gs. St. Georges Church is a warm, friendly place where all are welcome. I love how we have everything from people in suits and dresses to shorts and t-shirts in the pews. We love the feeding ministry, Dragon Cafe. This parishioner led ministry feeds the needy every Sunday come rain or shine, through the holidays, pandemic, etc. We also love how the Rector ties the readings from the Bible into modern day happenings. We always leave with a since of hope and feeling uplifted.

Doinca Ker-Keller I went to school at EPIPHANY Im trying to find out where the Nuns and Priest of the Parish lived I recall the Priest live Ed at the little brick house on Saint Anthony and the Nuns lived on Dues Street my sister says it was the her way around can you correct who us right I say Im right.

Shoeless Eric I went this morning for the Christmas service after years wondering if there was any church that would work for me I was stunned to hear from the altar something especially on Christmas I hadnt ever heard. I heard the truth. The pastor plainly admitted the December 25th was unlikely to be the birthday the actual person, Jesus. Most scholarship mix the estimate more likely in the spring, Im the Easter celebration. Its also more likely with their traditions of the early Jewish Christian churches. The church congregation is an Eclectic mix of New Orleanians of every, and no, faith. It is very casual, very welcoming, and definitely a place that I will return to.

The Boss Babe The Basilica of St. Stephen is truly a sight to behold. Its grandeur and beauty inspire awe from the moment you step inside. The intricate architecture and stunning artwork create a sense of reverence and tranquility. Moreover, the warm welcome extended by the staff and community adds to the overall experience, making visitors feel truly embraced by the spirit of the basilica. Its a place where one cant help but feel a sense of peace and connection.

Lori bauman We were visiting New Orleans because my son is going to o be attending Tulane . The people in this church welcomed us so genuinely . We were so touched by their hospitality . The service was beautiful and the music so powerful !
