5 /5 Christina Dafney-Pressley: A rock hit my windshield and filed an insurance claim. This establishment was recommended through my insurance. I received a call to schedule an appointment. I was in that week, thank goodness. I had an appointment at 0830, and my car was taken back upon arrival. The gentleman got to work and had me out in no time. Thank you so much.

1 /5 Van: Thinking they are finally out of business... First time I called, they answered their phone once, told me they would be out to replace my glass the next week, but never showed. I called 3-4 times after that and it rolled to voicemail with no callbacks. Finally today, no voicemail. Bad customer service for sure!!

5 /5 Sarah Nelson: Mr. Howard is always able to fix the glass I have managed to break. He has replaced the glass in the door of my dads gun cabinet that had to be cut to fit as well as replaced the glass in a couple of odd sized picture frames that had broken.

1 /5 Brad: Went to the shop over 3 weeks ago. Scheduled a day for them to work on 2 residential windows. I havent heard back since. I called the shop on several occasions, different days during business hours an they wouldnt answer. Good luck.

They came out to my home and measured for replacement mirrors for two bathrooms and told me they would call me for installation when the mirrors came in well that was 5 months ago. When ever I call to check they told me the mirrors came in broken and they would reorder. No one has gotten back to me yet. If they didnt want my business they should have said no we are to busy with our more important customers.
