GoAuto Insurance - Covington (LA)

1 /5 Stefanie Wright: I would give -300 stars if I could. Dont go to the Covington, LA office. The people that work there are incompetent and dont know their face from their a$$. One of the employees gave me the wrong policy and it ended up costing me big time. Even after I asked and clarified exactly what I wanted she assured me thats what was in their system. Only to find out it wasnt. Then when I confronted her and asked to speak with a supervisor she called one supposedly and only gave her side of the issue and then denied me when I asked to speak with the so called supervisor. Whats even funnier is that I was paying full coverage price for liability coverage. Yeah they may have good prices but Ill never do business with them again and I personally make it a point to tell everyone what kind of business they do.

1 /5 Harley Walker: Took over a week to speak to an agent and get the ball rolling. Then finally did released my vehicle from tow yard. Never heard again called customer service and was told I couldn’t receive an update bc agents are off on the weekend lmao. Never will use this company again. The little bit they are cheaper isn’t worth it.

4 /5 Belinda Hawkins: They have the best prices for insurance. The only issue that I have had was trying to renew my policy online. I can make payments just fine but on two occasions I couldnt renew my policy and had to wait for a customer service representative to renew it for me. But overall, good company.

5 /5 Joe. Nathan Crear: I have been with Goauto ten years. I was very surprised when my rate went up. I have two cars and the rate went 125 .more. I am not happy with this. I will be shopping 2024 .
