Amanda Rodriguez Iron Boot is definitely more than just a gym! Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. The work outs are always changing so you are never bored. Don’t be intimidated by the CrossFit style workout. There are people here of all fitness levels and the coaches always help you modify if needed!

shariah jones I love love LOVE HOTWORX! After my first session I fell in love. I love the space it’s so private and I get to leave my insecurities at home! Low intensity but the sweat is so soooo serious! Sauna literally fixes all my problems.

J B Newly remodeled! Wonderful new equipment! Cardio room and two reformers. Clean, friendly, and great environment! Running group meets 6:30 pm on Thursdays and 8:30 am on Saturdays.

Neil Huge gym. Plenty of classes and coaches. Overall atmosphere is unbelievable. Very inviting and welcoming.
