1 /5 James Osborn: Ive been working with First Financial for over 10+years and was pleased with the work. However for 2022 taxes, I submitted everything on time, my filing was delayed and was just told TODAY that no one can do my taxes because the owner went on vacation. The deadline to get everything in for this year for those filing an extension is 10/18/2023. NO apologies, only that I should find someone else to finish my taxes. Ive been asking for updates for months and this is what I get. Absolute terrible situation and again no assistance (they could have referred someone) and no apologies. I will make it my lifes mission to share far and wide what First Financial has done to me and the stress I now have to endure just to fix an issue that should have been resolved almost 6 months ago.

1 /5 Akiko Jones: First Financial is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend anyone to them. Me and my husband submitted everything on time, our filing was delayed and was just told TODAY that no one can do my taxes because the owner went on vacation with notice to us and this is not the first vacation without notice. The deadline to get everything in for this year for those filing an extension is 10/18/2023. NO apologies, no calls, only that we should find someone else to finish ours taxes business and personal. Thank God we just showed up because we would have still be thinking our taxes is being worked on and that’s not the case. We been asking for updates for months and this is what we get. Absolute terrible situation and again no assistance (they could have referred someone) and no apologies. I will make it my lifes mission to share far and wide what First Financial has done to me and the stress I now have to endure just to fix an issue that should have been resolved almost 6 months ago. People do not trust this company
