I have dealt with other larger insurance carriers, namely STATE FARM and ALLSTATEwind and hail coverage, and have been dissatisfied with their support when needed when following a claim. Jackie went far and beyond to find me an insurance carrier that would accept my application.

2 /5 Jodi Scallan: Wanted to increase flood insurance. Previously mailed in the form indicating my wishes to do so. I called Carmouche insurance and was told that is "all I needed to do". Received my insurance statement which did not reflect the increase. I called to inquire and was told due to HIPPA they were not allowed to contact my insurance company. Said she couldnt do anything for me and I need to call the insurance company and the mortgage company myself and take care of it myself. Upon speaking with both companies, they inquired why my agent didnt contact them to assist with this that they are the ones that should be doing this. I asked the same question to the agent and got a very unhelpful and careless response from the agent. Would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Been with them for 9 years and have never had treatment like this. Yall have really declined in your service.
