Cheryl Cox I value a great mechanic like I do a doctor or dentist. The owner Bob and his staff are great. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Bob has the knowledge and experience you can trust. He’s honest and fair. I went to my Subaru dealership while my new car was under warranty, but after that ended, I was happy to put my car back in Bob’s care. He also kept my mom’s car in perfect running condition and would pump her gas for her since she was elderly and didn’t want to. I’m grateful to have this shop in my neighborhood.

Mario Andrade Very very helpful got in contact with him when our trailer broke in Illinois and he was very helpful called multiple different stores and helped us acquire parts for said trailer that broke. Mike Clifford We live in Palatine but were up in Woodstock and the caliper in one of my brake systems was clamping shut. We called around to all of the auto service places in Woodstock and we all got the same story that they wouldnt be able to even look at my car for at least a week. We were at Roscoes Antique Mall on Lake and they said there was a newer auto service place almost across the street. We went over there and talked to Diego and he said hed look at it that same day and get back to me. He called me a few hours later and confirmed it was the caliper seizing shut but because my car is a Cadillac, he wouldnt have the part for another two days. But that was fine and gave him the go ahead. Two days later, the car was fixed and ready to go! At a VERY reasonable price, too! RP Auto Service and Diego had my car fixed and ready in 2 days, when everyone else said they wouldnt even be able to look at for at least a week! We couldnt have been happier! Thank, Diego and RP Auto Service!!

Kate Coffey So glad to have found Marks Auto! Juan was so helpful, and got everything taken care of for me. Service was fast, and prices were reasonable. I dont know much about cars, and I didnt feel like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. They even gave me a free loaner car for the day while my car was worked on. Ill definitely be back!

sam klapperich Jesse worked on my Kia. He did an excellent job with my brakes, and my muffler. Also changed my oil and replaced headlight. He checks everything on car each time I go there. Awesome mechanic. I’ll always go to city limits for any of my car needs!

Jeanette Perez Recendez I would 100% recommend this location for your repairs. We have a 2021 Ram 2500 we took in for a repair and they left it just as it was before. With this truck being a very nice truck and my husbands baby we did not just explore one location but many. We looked into many location not just for the estimates but to see how well their services and reviews were by the customer service they gave us. I personally am very picky when choosing. This location, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted very well by Andrea. She actually know what she was doing and made me and my husband very aware of everything on our truck. Business owner explained all the repairs and showed us the truck at pick up. Being some one that looks at everything very carefully and very picky, I would not think twice to call them for another repair.
