5 /5 Mandi Nash: Our family has known this sweet community since 2015. I love worshiping here on Sundays and growing in knowing Jesus alongside these brothers and sisters.

5 /5 Katie Stearns: Valleybrook is a welcoming, gospel-centered church where the whole family belongs. Pastor Brian is very approachable and truly wants to help others understand the gospel and grow in their walk with the Lord. The music is a good mix of contemporary and traditional styles.

1 /5 Keith Dwyer: I dont know if Valleybrook has changed but I went here as a kid. Those people did not preach about God. They use a doctrine of fear and isolation. I was forced to stay in Sunday school instead of being with my parents. I wasnt allowed to leave the room to go to the bathroom! Then when I got a bit older I was moved to the basement classrooms which were sterile white with a lack of care for the children . If I wasnt learning a warped doctrine of the Word, I was being forced to watch "Bibleman". The final nail in the coffin though. My family eventually left when the pastors wife at the time had teenagers go on stage and EAT LIVE GOLDFISH. So, all that to say, this church is/was just shy of a cult. It pulls/pulled people in with promises of God and warps/warped His doctrine of love and acceptance. Oh, also they share/shared the building with a 7th Day Adventist church, which to those unaware, also focus on a doctrine of fear. This group focusing on endtimes. This was around 2001-2004, so things hopefully have changed in 20 years but this church is responsible for my leaving of the Church as a whole (I still follow the doctrine of Jesus Christ though).

5 /5 Ezri Stewart: Pastor Brian is the man. Hes like a father to me. The Spirit is alive in this church. A great place to be shepherd and raise your family in the Lord!

5 /5 Lucy Rechsteiner: I attended this church during the summers and holidays when I was home from college with my parents. It was such a special time of growing in my thirst for knowledge of God! Pastor Brian’s preaching challenged me to get clear on what I believe about God and the Bible. He always explains things with great clarity and gives multiple orthodox views, and then tells you which one he leans toward and why. I especially liked the discussions he led after the sermons where it was open for the congregation to ask questions about the text or the topic. My only criticism is that nobody seems to get his jokes??? Or if they do, I was the only one laughing??? Whatever, I still listen to the sermons on Apple Podcasts! Love pastor Smith and the care he has for God’s word :) really happy for them that they have a building now too!
