Shakauna Jones From the time I walked in the door my son and I were greatly with a pleasant smile and joyful hello from Justice and was very helpful with questions I had while filling out new patient information. Then Maris the assistant came got us from waiting room greeted us with a warm hello how u doing gave me her name informed me what her role is and performed it well. Very gentle let me know during every step what she was doing and how well I was during while the procedure did seem uncomfortable at times. Then Maris found us a room she told me of whom will be coming to perform what task and turned tv on for me made me feel at home. I was then greeted by the hygienist Magz what a great smile she had when she entered the room admiring my sons shoes and how great of a kid he was everyone just made us feel so welcome. She informed me of her duties what she will be doing it was sweat uncomfortable at times she apologize for that but I know it was her job. She made sure if I had any questions and provided me with information further of what her findings were. Next Maris told me who is coming in room next the doctor Wolfe she was great also entered room with greeting talked with my son and then told me how my xrays looked and what she recommended for my ongoing treatment. She made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before existing. Lastly I had the pleasure seating down with the Consult Tyler who but the icing on the visit. It was closing time I was last last she didnt make it feel rushed she explained all the numbers in great details very patient and informative. I give this team a 100000 stars if I could everyone was amazing cant wait for next visit

Stuart Hill I have been very satisfied with the professionalism of your staff. The attention to detail is outstanding. The only improvement that I see, is timeliness of appointments. This could be due to staffing shortage and or training. I certainly would recommend this Clinic and staff to other others.

The Great Satan To be honest I have a driving job and I actually only stop here to use the public restrooms. It helps that is air conditioned so the summertime makes it another nice place to be. My interactions with a place otherwise are very limited

Brenden Canada Hands down one of the best dental practices I’ve ever visited. Every single staff member is extremely nice and so friendly. They ensure you are provided with the best care and offer every option available for any procedure you may need. Dr. Joe’s work is seriously top tier and I’m beyond excited with all of my results. The atmosphere genuinely makes me happy every time I visit. Recommend Lakeland to every family member and friend you know because this is the place that will take such great care of every single person that walks thru the door.

Breathe Deep Very friendly and helpful staff! Dr Breda struck me as knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad we chose this doctor. The entire office was a well oiled machine and they were on top of everything we needed to make this procedure successful. The procedure we needed was a wisdom teeth extraction for a 17year old. They made sure we had all the info for care afterwards as well as explaining everything to us very well before we left the office. Prescriptions were given to us and we were directed to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the parking lot. We were told to get them filled before the procedure was done so we could eliminate the need to stop on the way home and probably wait longer anywhere else. I was very impressed with how caring the doctor and staff were. They thought of everything we would need to make this as pleasant as possible.

John Czaicki Dr. Heilig examined my 90 year old father today and did an outstanding job connecting with him and evaluating his dental health. High degree of professionalism and care exhibited by her and the staff!

Ilena Weber I have been going to Doctor Connolly for many years. I would recommend him to anybody who will listen. He’s an amazing Dentist, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recently moved almost an hour away, but I will drive to his office because of the care and service he gives to all his patients. Kendra and Phyllis are also amazing. They are always smiling and will always find a way to get you seen when you have an emergency Highly recommend his office
