I was treated respectfully and honestly. $225 vs $1500 at the dealership. Plus they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were friendly and reassuring. I recommend this place HIGHLY!

They were able to fix my muffler in under an hour, and treated me and my friend with such kindness. They also discounted my service which I appreciate so much! 5 /5 John Fluss: We took my wifes 2020 Ford Explorer in to Mark Muffler and Auto Repair on a Friday evening just after closing time. The car had a separated exhaust pipe which had allowed it to drag the road and do further damage to the exhaust system. I stopped in the shop at opening time on Monday and explained the issue to Mark. He said "Well get you put back together and call you when its finished." And he did. He called around 1:30 that afternoon and told me it was ready to be picked up. Great guy, great work and a surprisingly reasonable price. I cant say enough good about the level of service and overall experience.

He provided me a rough estimate right off the bat, also mentioning the possible changes to final price depending on further inspection, kept me updated as soon as he knew more about the situation. I will be using his services if I have any mechanical issues with my car in the future.

5 /5 Madison Yuan: I had a great experience at Mark Muffler and Auto Repair! My car’s engine light came on, so I took my car there for an inspection. Mark was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked my car thoroughly and didn’t charge me anything for the inspection. Even though our English isn’t very good, he was very patient and took the time to explain how the engine works in detail. His professionalism and kindness made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend here to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
