Jake McLain I have taken my VW Golf R, Audi SQ5, and BMW M3 to Gearhead, all for both complicated and routine work. They consistently complete jobs very quickly and I have never had to bring a car back after they did the work. When diagnosing issues, they are thorough and honest. Their prices are very fair and their staff has always been friendly with great communication. Highly recommended shop.

Myles McCool My family has been coming to this location for almost 30 years, from when the original owner was in charge, to Robert, and this place goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Ive been sending everyone I know here when they say they have car troubles, and every time they go, they have nothing but good things to tell me about their experiences with him. many of them expect that they will spend hundreds dollars more than the ending price he actually charges them for his work. he is truly a breath of fresh air in an industry that tends to not be the most trustworthy. if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Katie Clements ONeill I am so impressed and appreciative of the service and transparency I received. I took my car in to fix my air conditioner and received a detailed explanation of why it was broken and how they planed to fix it. All costs were delivered over the phone up front before they began service, and I received an extremely detailed complimentary inspection. The results of the inspection were also discussed over the phone before any additional service was done on my car. In addition to that, everyone I spoke to from the time I made my appointment to the time I picked my car up was very friendly and addressed every question and concern I had. This is the only repair shop I’ve been to that I truly trust.

Keri LaRose Drew and Austin were phenomenal. I went for a much needed oil change just now and they were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try and scam me. Often times as a female that doesn’t have extensive knowledge on cars, I feel employees play in my face when I want a simple service done and try and upsell me everything under the sun. Sara Karsten We can’t recommend Frank’s enough! They have been honest, reliable, and have gone above and beyond to help us when we’ve really needed it. We’ve had a few times we’ve needed to stop in without an appointment and Keith has always been willing to take a look at what’s going on. Yesterday we came in for a strange noise - but we needed the car today. Even though they had a packed day in the shop, he not only figured out what was going on but he tracked down a difficult part, got me back to my house with my four little kids, and stayed past closing to get our car repaired. Our first experience with them was getting a second opinion on a very expensive repair quoted elsewhere - they found the root of the problem (simply a loose screw!) and didn’t even charge us. We have found them to be so helpful and dependable! They are hands down the best auto shop we’ve used. (As a side perk, their waiting room is very clean and comfortable!)

Janine Fazio This shop is very honest and trustworthy. I was told by my car manufacturer, thousands of dollars of repairs were necessary which I had a hard time believing were necessary. When I talked to Dayne, he looked at the supposed issues, and both issues identified by the dealer, were not what I was told. No leak at all in the AC hose, no oil leak and a basic AC charge is all that was needed. Service done the next day; I highly recommend the professionalism and work at this shop!

Thomas Ralph Great experience with Mark and his crew doing some repair work on my 1970 Buick GS. Shop is immaculate, these guys know their stuff, and in my case their knowledge and experience working with old stuff was evident immediately. All issues were addressed as requested and completed with expertise and fairly priced. Ill be back with my daily driver for service and would strongly recommend contacting Noltes for your service needs.
