A hole got punched in the muffler of my 2009 Subaru, and this muffler was only manufactured for a year when the car first came out. They were able to source one and they charged me an extremely reasonable price to replace it! They’re always very kind and helpful, highly recommend TMS Auto!

Gerard Ziegler I didnt realize there was a way to give feedback until today when I made an appointment for my Highlander AC to be fixed, and saw these Google ratings. A while back (a year or 2) I had to decide whether to scrap my daughters 2007 Prius that had a dead hybrid battery, or have the battery replaced. Eric gave me a reasonable quote to install a new OEM unit, finished the job when promised, and the car has run flawlessly ever since. Thank you Eric for keeping an otherwise very serviceable car out of the scrapyard, and saving me from having to find another equally reliable used car, which would have cost far more than the repair.

Hansol Chung Awesome people. My engine light came on and I stopped by without an appointment. They took a look at my car immediately and told me I had close to no oil. The mechanic got me all the oil he can find in the shop and told me to get oil change as soon as possible. Didnt even charge me for anything. Will definitely come back for any car issues.

John Barclay Had a simple fix, but great experience. My diagnostic thingy said I needed a new transmission sensor which I replaced. Didnt help so took it here. They diagnosed it correctly as a cable issue and replaced it very cheaply. They also discouraged a transmission flush since it had been 180,000 miles since the last one. So 5 stars for what many lack: ability to diagnose and ability to limit scope of work.

Kristin Wright They were able to get our alternator replaced really quickly. The price was reasonable as well. This is the second time we have had work done by Perfect Touch and both times we have been very happy with the work!

Jessica Light On a long road-trip (packed car, kids, etc.), we ran into some tire woes. We were so luck that this particular Car-X was our closest and first stop. Bobby and his technicians at Car-X were amazing and kept us on schedule to reach our final destination. Bobby was clear and honest with us, and had quality tires in stock. Car-X worked with us to make sure we had new tires before closing for the night. Bobby and his technicians were wonderful to work with and they really saved us. Highly recommend!

James Hatchel I had a bit of a tire emergency. They got me worked in and replaced some tires, which is what I was expecting. It was done at a fair price. The service writer Josh was very friendly, honest and down to earth. As someone who used to work in automotive service, I appreciate that very much.

Noel Truong My car was backed up into and the front bumper and fender was damaged. Took it to Caliber Collision and in about 1.5 week got the car back like new! And when I said "like new" it was LIKE NEW. The bumper had to be re-painted and the guys went the extra miles to cover up a few random scratches around the car too. They totally didnt have to do that, but they DID! Customer service was on point, I would go here again (hopefully i dont have to)!

Subhendu Pandit Patrick is the best mechanic in CU. He is an amazing amazing person. We had a engine failure on our car, and he searched and found out for that the car has a engine recall!! We had the engine replaced for free and Patrick did not charge a penny from us! I recommend this shop to everyone. This is the guy whom you can completely trust with you beloved car.
