Juan C This is a place to trust. I got stranded out of no where and decided to have my vehicle towed here since they had good reviews. They checked my car and were extremely honest. They could have taken my money but instead informed me that I can be covered under a lawsuit with my vehicle. He told me that it was worth checking to see if covered. Because of what he provided now I am getting a new engine fully paid by Hyundai. Thank you for your honesty

Brenda Line We started having vehicle issues right before we got into town. We made it to the store and was sitting there with our hood up (pretty sure it was the alternator) and a few minutes before opening they came out to help us buy testing the alternator and getting us what we needed. Another man came in...and helped us out by leading us to a mechanic that Napa hooked us up with....it drained 1/4 mile away and this guy pulled us the rest of the way. The mechanic was closed on Saturday...but put the new alternator on for us. We feel blessed by 3 individuals in Salem, IL. Thank you Napa for helping us and leading us to the right people.

Olivia Bierman Brandon is always so quick to get me in to the shop. I drive back and forth out of state, and he always does my tune ups and makes sure everything is safe for me! Super great prices, and probably the best customer service I have received in an auto shop. As a woman, I don’t feel overcharged and he takes the time to explain everything to me in terms I can understand and if it’s super important to take care of now or can wait. Very honest, and great customer service! Thank you again!

Kirk Henderson If youre looking for a locally owned, honest, fair, and efficient auto repair shop THIS IS IT! I have been taking all of my vehicles to Salem Auto Service for years for any service after the manufacturers warranty expires. Yesterday I needed a bulb replaced on my daughters Honda Fit that I just couldnt reach myself. Had the replacement bulb and everything. They got me right in, used the bulb I had, and completed the work in 20 minutes. Great shop!

Larry Ohms Bob and his son are great mechanics. I had my car worked on a few times elsewhere. These guys were able to identify the problem quickly. Repair was done right. Honesty and professional service is difficult to find today. I Highly recommend Bobs auto! (A large diesel mechanic shop that also works on all cars and trucks.)

Danny B. The best tire shop I’ve ever been to - bottom line! I’m from out of town and needed 2 new steer tires for my truck! Everybody that works there from the mechanics to the front desk are very professional and know what they’re doing! They got me in right away - and gave me a really good deal ! Such caring people is hard to find these days !!!!! If I’m ever in need of new tires and I’m in the area, I will definitely come back again and I recommend you too! Thanks you guys!!!

mike S Chad is absolutely amazing this company is all out 10 out of 10 fast response and repair was amazing had me back up and running in less than a day.
