I arrived just as they opened at 730 was checked in by 735 and work began on the van by 740. Work was completed in a very timely manner, and price was extremely competitive. Matthew Kopp Best experience Ive ever had with a auto shop by far. Was 100° out and we were traveling south with 2 dogs in the car and our AC quit , I called the shop while we were across the street grabbing lunch and he said bring it on over! Such short notice, they got us in immediately and back on the road very quickly. They even let us bring our dogs inside to cool off in the AC while they fixed our vehicles AC! Couldnt ask for better service.

Ryan Melton I have been going to Bob and now his son Ryan since the first vehicle I owned. I no longer live in Quincy but I have yet to find someone I trust as much as Ryan. I now live 3.5hours away. I just recently purchased a 6.0l power stroke and am considering having it bulletproofed. This is beyond my skill to be done and there is only one person that comes to mind that I would trust. I am pretty hard to please and am very critical of people who I am paying for a service. Ryan has never experienced this side of me as there has never been an issue. His expertise, fairness, honesty and good nature gets my business every time.

Geoff Dalton Jason does a great job with my mowing equipment. Hes changed oil and filters on the mowers, sharpened blades, and helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues. On top of that, he has been flexible with his schedule to work with me on getting equipment to his shop for work. Hecks Small Engine Repair is top-notch!
