Peace & Truth This was my first time getting a car worked on here. Richard was very helpful and we had the big challenge of not knowing what was going on with my car and why it wouldnt start. He tried a couple things and was very conscientious about saving us money, since its an older car with high mileage. He got our car running and were so very grateful. tom whalen My sons vehicle (128K miles) began running very roughly and we took it to VVR for an evaluation. They were able to look at it quickly and diagnosed a severe internal engine problem. It was agreed that the solution was not worth the value of the car. I wanted the car towed to my home and they were kind enough to help facilitate that. I was only charged for their evaluation and diagnosis and I did not find that excessive. In my numerous conversations with Mike, Lauren and Jen they were very patient and accomodating. I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty and would not hesitate to patronize them again. They will be my "go to" for any vehicle maintainence.
