1 /5 Tim Barnes: WARNING! I paid the total quoted amount from my own pocket for implants and properly expected my insurance benefit checks. This office filed incorrectly with my insurance and had them pay them instead. Now, they wont give me that money. Theyve been paid in full PLUS my insurance benefits! I tried to discuss this with them and was given the run around and havent gotten a definitive response in two weeks. I have no recourse except to take this to the proper Illinois authorities. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

5 /5 David Sandoval: Very nice to know there are still good people in this world. I was in pain on a Saturday and they fit me in and then arranged to have my tooth removed. All the other places advertise emergency care but not until Monday.. I found the place to go from now on .. Thank you Sonya!!!!

1 /5 José H: Id like to share my experience with the implant procedure I recently underwent at this clinic. From the very beginning, I sensed a major lack of accountability. Despite my initial willingness to give the benefit of the doubt, I found that my concerns were often met with an endless cycle of excuses. I was informed about various errors supposedly made by the lab and faced miscommunications that went unresolved. However, in order to make sure that the service was provided they were for sure to charge my card otherwise the implant could not be made. The dynamic was, either you pay upfront or nothing gets done. This situation became increasingly frustrating, particularly when I had to insist on changes after the first attempt yielded an unsatisfactory appearance. Additionally, I faced considerable disruptions to my work schedule due to multiple rescheduling of appointments. The reasons provided for these changes often seemed irrelevant and did not reflect a proper understanding of my time and needs as a patient. This disregard for my schedule only added to my dissatisfaction. While I have more to express about my experience, I feel it important to summarize by stating that I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this clinic to others. Based on this experience, I believe individuals seeking similar services would be better off exploring other options. Even the 1 star seems to generous to rate this clinic.

5 /5 Alicia Kapp: I had a serious pain problem with my teeth and had to get two extractions. The girls fit me in with no problem. The doctor was bouncing from patient to patient and was very professional and caring. They made it a less painless process.

5 /5 julie wende: I had horrible tooth pain that I just could not take, and Envision A Smile Dentistry was able to get me in within a few hours, and Im so thankful for that.Everyone was kind, its very clean for a busy dentist office. I really liked my Dentist loved the gal who took my x-rays.
