1 /5 James Edwards: Took a 20hp outboard in to have it gone through as I just received it with a fishing boat I bought. After two weeks I called and was told they had ordered a carb kit. A few weeks later I was told the kit was never ordered. Fast forward to today I was able to pick up the motor. Once home I had oil inside the bed of my truck. Found they striped the screw on the lower unit. Instead of fixing it they left it. Highly recommend you go somewhere else to have any service done.

I couldn’t imagine going to any other place. It’s always great to get that home town family feeling for service instead of some commercial grade box store

1 /5 eyefishification: Poor experience. Took a boat trailer in for new bearings and hub covers. They recommended a new trailer light kit, and I agreed. The lights didnt work upon pickup, and it looks like they just added grease via grease fittings. One hub cover is still broken. A complete waste of 500 bucks. I had to rewire the trailer and am currently looking for hub covers, so the bearing isnt exposed to water. Of course, they had the boat for 4 weeks. Will not be back.
