Verizon 454 Auto accidents can occur in the blink of an eye and before you know it, BOOM!! Youre all banged up. Im pretty sure we all know what follows. A very long and stressful claim process etc No problem when you have full coverage auto insurance right??? WRONG!!!! Unfortunately, my own insurance company didnt exactly make things any easier. I was devastated that recycled used parts were requested by my own insurance company. That alone made me feel hopeless. I literally imagined some odd looking spray painted parts being slapped onto my car by some dirty, aggressive, greasy, rough, careless auto body repair guy who occasionally scratches his butt, chews on beef jerky, farts, and bumps across other parts of my car with tools and key rings dangling from his pockets. I felt sick just thinking about it until I met Mr.Case. Out of all of the other body shops that gave me an estimate, Mr.Case was my favorite hands down. I was able to tell right away that he is very passionate about what he does. His office is clean with so many great photos and posters of beautiful shiny classic cars. He is a car guy for sure! Hes the complete opposite from the type of greasy slob that I envisioned who would do the repairs. The outcome was remarkable. Although the parts are used , The work that Mr.Case did was done with such grace and elegance. The paint was a perfect match. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I really appreciate him.

Auries Thomas-Brown I was involved in an accident and my car(2024 Honda Accord) was damaged on the drivers side from the rear fender all the way to the front fender. I had so much damage, the estimate came up to 14k plus. Richie Michniak Exactly Company too take youre Car and Truck too get youre Oil Changed Out Or If You Need A Head Light Swapped Out Why Youre Up Town Too because hear why A couple of years ago going on 4 years ago I stopped at what I Believe it was the Kankakee Location and asked them if they Would Swap My Head Light Out On A 7.3 Lift Truck That I Had and they sure did it and I didnt mind at all if they charged me or not and they Swapped it out and I Arrived their One Happy Man and I Left Their One Happy Man Too Recently I stopped at the Bradley Location and I Believe it was Jesse that I knew he was working the front desk and asked them if they charged too Air Low Tires Up and with what he told me Blew My Mind Wide Open And next thing I was pulling my Car In too get all my Tires Checked and they Aired them up and I Arrived at the Bradley Location One Happy Man and I Left Their One Happy Man And I would Highly Recommend anybody to use Patrick and Jess All-Automotive In Kankakee County Area And Definitely The Bradley Location Too Thank You Again You Guys

travis leque Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I dropped my tractor and trailer off for alignment. Everything is straight as an arrow down the road. Also my son had tubes put in that morning. I mentioned I had to go to hospital and I may not be there right away for pickup. They took care of everything and they were very kind and thoughtful to leave a little gift bag for my son on my seat. Great family oriented business.

joel depaolo Went in for oil change on my vehicle last week. I believe the gentleman working the counter was named Mike. He was very professional and courteous. Said they were very busy but would get my vehicle in timely. Service was completed before estimated time. Was referred to them by friend who also had top notch experience with this place. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location. Nice finding a trustworthy place that can take care of all of your vehicle needs!
