Felipe Ramirez Recently had my oil changed and tire rotation and it couldn’t have been any easier experience. I dropped off my car and Paul Schook had a ride ready for me to go home while they did the service. Not even a hour later my car was ready to go. What a great experience

Alison Jordan-frost I have had such a positive experience with the university car-x location! last week when I found I had a flat, the guys got to it and got tires put on for me and it was during the weekend! The next week I was having a front end issue and an antifreeze issue they again got me right in. They were knowledgeable, fast, and it didn’t break the bank! Big shout out to the store manager! Thank you guys I feel my car is safe and ready our road trip! PS I will definitely be a return customer!

Aanan Kashyap Mike in the body shop was fantastic. He went above and beyond- he was able to get my car looked at and fixed in a timely manner. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend- will be back for all my car needs.

John Barclay Had a simple fix, but great experience. My diagnostic thingy said I needed a new transmission sensor which I replaced. Didnt help so took it here. They diagnosed it correctly as a cable issue and replaced it very cheaply. They also discouraged a transmission flush since it had been 180,000 miles since the last one. So 5 stars for what many lack: ability to diagnose and ability to limit scope of work.

Aimen Zia My left windshield wiper was not working and that was a huge problem in this snowy/rainy weather . I called them up and they explained that it was probably a loose nut. I went in, they fixed it up in no time and guess what? They didn’t charge me a dime! What a nice bunch of people!

Matthew Mortenson Id never been to Norris Tire. A good friend of mine has been going there for years. I had a tire going flat & Norris is near where I was working. A coworker suggested them, also. It was a Monday morning, around 8:30am. They were able to check my tire within about an hour. Unfortunately, it couldnt be repaired, but I was able to get a new tire put on my car right then. (I actually put 2 new tires on the front to keep them the same.) Tires are not cheap (is anything??), but I was very grateful that they could take care of my tire needs as a walk-in on a Monday morning in a timely manner. Good customer service, also. Very understanding & courteous. I would certainly recommend their service. 6/30/25

Subhendu Pandit Patrick is the best mechanic in CU. He is an amazing amazing person. We had a engine failure on our car, and he searched and found out for that the car has a engine recall!! We had the engine replaced for free and Patrick did not charge a penny from us! I recommend this shop to everyone. This is the guy whom you can completely trust with you beloved car.
