5 /5 Jeremy Taylor: I stopped in to the Wheaton AAA to pick up an international driving permit a couple days before my trip to Poland. I was super impressed with the facility and the service. Its a one-stop shop for everything AAA does, insurance, car care, membership, you name it. I was in and out without an appointment in maybe 20 minutes tops, and that included taking photos, filling out the application, and payment. They didnt even charge me for the photos because they said Id had to wait longer than they planned. This level of service makes me want to become an AAA member! Well done!

1 /5 Kevin F: I made an appointment for an alignment and they refused to even look at my car after I told them it has OEM factory rear air suspension. They could have at least put it on the alignment rack and checked it. The owner is a very rude old man that said “we don’t do air ride” thinking I have some aftermarket suspension. They used to have great techs that worked there and they all left because they don’t treat their employees well. AAA member here and very dissatisfied.

The staff was super helpful and walked me through everything I needed—just a quick form, a couple of photos, and I was out the door in no time. It’s great to have peace of mind knowing I’m all set to drive abroad, and AAA made it way easier than I expected. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re planning international travel!

I originally walked in for an International Driver’s License, but I left as a proud and very satisfied AAA member, thanks to Matt and his incredible customer service! He took the time to walk us through every step of the process with clarity and patience. He didn’t just help us with the paperwork—we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. It was clear that Matt’s goal wasn’t just to get us out the door with a drivers license, but to ensure we understood everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personal attention and exceptional customer service Matt provided. He took care of us in a way that felt more like we were friends than just customers. 1 /5 Quinc E: I recently experienced a flat tire and decided to have my car towed to the AAA center in Wheaton for a tire replacement, rather than using my spare. Ive been a AAA member for years and have only used the service a couple of times. When I called the Wheaton location, I was told they weren’t busy and that my car should be ready in a couple of hours. After the car was towed, I followed up about 45 minutes later and was informed there was still no update because they had suddenly become very busy. After waiting another hour with no communication, I took an Uber to the location. By this point, over two hours had passed without any updates. I spoke in person with the same representative I had spoken to on the phone, who appeared to be occupied with something on his phone that didn’t seem work-related—though I could be mistaken. I asked for an update and was told the tire was beyond repair and that I would need to purchase a new one. My options were to either buy a new tire from them or have the car taken elsewhere. I chose to get some air and drive back to Firestone. Within 30 minutes at Firestone, the tire was repaired. I explained the situation to them, and they were surprised, stating that the damage was minor and easily repairable. They couldn’t understand why I had been told otherwise. This entire ordeal resulted in a half-day delay due to poor communication and customer service at the AAA center. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering my long-standing membership.
