5 /5 Carmen Rosado: Exciting! The floor staff, security and Bar staff were wonderful. The staff made me feel safe and special. I love to see smiling faces and people who try to understand problems and are quick to resolve them. I have not gotten enough points to recieve any free reward merchandise but I will be returning soon.

5 /5 Ashley Deiters: Staff was really nice. Upgrades they have done over years also make the entrance etc all look great. Love there is no smoking inside and had some decent payouts which is always a plus! Good mix of older and newer games. Didnt stay at hotel so no ratings for rooms.

2 /5 Katelynn Hance: For the price, my husband and I were not impressed. First of all, we paid $100 more than what we were supposed to at time of reservation.. the room was not very clean. Carpet very stained, air conditioner looked like it needed a very thorough cleaning. Bathroom did not look very clean either. The lamp looked like it had been damaged. For $250; I have to say I was very disappointed. The bedding looked clean so we didn’t complain, but we were definitely expecting more. We’d heard good things about the casino queen, and it did not live up to my expectations. I will say, front desk staff was extremely kind, and the entrance was very nice and clean. The room was the issue.

3 /5 Sheila Bequette: Lets start by changing my last name. It is Carter now. My husband and I have been patrons at the casino and the hotel for 20 plus years. We normally have good times. Things have changed over the years. The hotel was in excellent condition at first. Over the years it is looking like housekeeping is not doing their job. All of the things that are broke and are run down, is supposed to be turned in by housekeeping. I know this because I worked in a hotel for 7 years. We just a day ago stayed in room 419. The curtain was falling down, the toilet was loss when you sat down it rocked. Was afraid to use it. No plug in the bathroom sink and one of the lights next to bed was not working. Lots of spots in carpet. The worst thing though was we found a tick in our bed. Moved the pillow and there it was. If we would of not seen it one of us would have been bitten. Needless to say we checked out and went home at 2:00 am. We will stay again but we will be on guard. Put tick in cup covered it and took it to front desk. Showed it to guard and he confirmed it was a tick. Friendly staff, great food and a decent experience in the casino.

5 /5 Susan Hill: Close to Worldwide Technology Raceway for NASCAR. Everyone friendly. Good food. View of the riviera and Arch were great! Rooms could use a little update but were clean, water pressure was great and hot. Had a great time there.
