5 /5 Tyler Burdett: Circa Sportsbook stands out as the model sportsbook, other books in Illinois should take note. The app sign-ups couldn’t be easier and the counter service is too-notch. The odds that are provided are the best you can possibly get, much better than books in the area in my experience, especially on futures bets. Limits are more than fair and all bets are welcome, unlike other books in the area. Customer service is top-notch, whether you are a beginner or professional. My fiancé was having issues placing some bets she had wanted to make as she had never placed wagers at the counter before, and the ticket writer could not be more helpful. I look forward to my next trip to Chicago when I can visit Circa again.

5 /5 Anthony Algmin: Circa is a sportsbook for real gamblers. They offer competitive lines and high limits, and they will not limit winning bettors. Books that offer big promos make it back ten-fold with scammy same game parlay odds and fake boosts. I am glad we have now at least one quality option in this state.

The group had ranging experience with placing bets, and everyone agreed it was such a seamless experience to sign up for the app and to place wagers at the counter. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, and it was obvious that they wanted to make it a great experience for all of us—even those who weren’t experienced in placing bets. This is hands-down the best experience I’ve had when placing bets in person and online—I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. Compared to the other books in the area, I will pick Circa every time. The staff is BEYOND excellent, the prices are the best you can get, and there’s no gimmicks or fake boosts.
