Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Musab Adam Moe and his mother were very sweet and showed me and my wife multiple items we were looking for then came Hamza from the back that adjusted the bracket I got for my wife and the bracket I got for myself. First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.

Tom Vowell This is the best place to find exactly what your looking to buy. I wanted to get my wife some earrings for our anniversary. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had to order them and when there was a problem with the shipper they ordered two more pair from another supplier for me to chose from and overnighted them. The delivery was running late and they were going to close but they told me they would stay until they were delivered. They kept in touch with text messages keeping me updated. When I went there they were exactly what I wanted. GREAT owners and GREAT customer service! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!
