Crystal Serpico When I knew I wanted a custom engagement ring I googled local jewelers. After reading reviews from local places, I landed on MCJ Jewelers. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Musab Adam Moe and his mother were very sweet and showed me and my wife multiple items we were looking for then came Hamza from the back that adjusted the bracket I got for my wife and the bracket I got for myself. Jolt 7800 My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!

Lisa and the rest of the staff were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The store is beautiful, and the friendly puppy greeting customers at the door is awesome. Highly recommend.
