Upon filing my first claim, Whitney was so resourceful in assembling the best team to meet the needs of our family. We had multiple trees hit our home in the past 24 hours due to storms, which made it a very stressful situation. I felt at ease knowing that they were viewing my house not just as a house, but a home that I am raising my babies in. Sherry Savka I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. Ill be a little more aggressive and hopefully theyll return my call. If that doesnt work, Ill physically drive to their office and maybe Ill receive the answers I need. Not happy. Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.
