1 /5 Chrystal Osburn: After finally getting a return phone call three days later, Im told by Mark Caraway that Im being belligerent while trying to explain whats gone on with post-op care after a major surgery. If he had taken the time to listen to the entire situation he might have understood. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude. Was attempting to explain what had happened but Mark Caraway chose to speak over me the entire time, not giving me the chance to tell what had happened.
Certain insurance companies expect you to die versus paying for an emergency visit after a major spine surgery. When their policy states it pays for all costs for surgery and post-operative care. Mr. Caraway would only state well why cant your insurance and you pay for it?
Thats part of the insurance program, THEY pay it so you dont. But I was being belligerent according to him. Even though I also had the incorrect controlled substance given to me by Walgreens after I was discharged that was no where near strong enough, causing extreme pain and suffering that was not necessary.

Aaron Hopkins would have referred me to Mitchell when spoke to them, but he does not do cases like this. They stated after I explained what occured during my phone call with Mark Caraway that they will no longer refer to him.
