5 /5 Sabrina Behrends: I love banking at Prairie State Bank and Trust in Decatur! The assistant Branch Manager Sara Albert is the most helpful person I have encountered there! Shes so kind and patient with all of my questions. Seriously, the best experience. 10/10 would recommend.

1 /5 Aimee Buechner: I have been dealing with this bank since my Grandmother passed away 4 years ago. I was her only grandchild and the beneficiary of her account. 3 years ago my mother put a credit card on file to pay for the box. The charges one (1) payment. Apparently they CAN NOT follow directions!!!! They were also informed of the lock box key being in the hands of someone who had NO rights to the box YET allowed his attorney to walk in GIVE them the key, a man whos name was NEVER associated with the box, nor the family in any way shape or form. Took the key and CONFIRMEDbfor the man that the key in fact fit said box, then HANDEDvthe stolen key back to the man. I have been trying for the last few months to confirm that the box had NOT been opened. Have NOT received a definite answer, now all this is being turned over to the States Attorneys Office. I STRONGLY encourage that you find a bank thatbis honest and up front with you when asking questions. One that wont hand delivery a STLOEN key back to the theif!!!! Absolutely disgusted with these people and will be seeking justice for my Grandmother and myself!!!!!

She is the nicest, warmest, most helpful, professional, supportive and understanding bank officer that you WILL EVER WANT TO WORK WITH!!! Make sure that you ask for Ashley, whenever you go to Prairie State Bank!! BDP
