Faro K Ms. Simmons was great to work with until she introduced me to Foster Lindberg. Every time we spoke, he would charge me, even though he kept repeating the same information and my questions remained the same. He insisted on starting the case in New York, but every probate lawyer I consulted told me that my case in Georgia had to be completed first.
I became increasingly frustrated because he kept telling me he couldn’t proceed with the Georgia case unless I started the one in New York. I keep paying for services and he never discussed as to the result. It was clear he was trying to get more money from me, especially since multiple New York lawyers told me he was wrong and that the Georgia case had to be resolved first.
I finally told him I didn’t trust him, particularly after witnessing how one New York lawyer changed their stance after speaking with him. Initially, that lawyer agreed the Georgia case had to be completed first, but after speaking with Mr. Lindberg, their response changed. I was paying for services but getting no results.
After I voiced my concerns, Mr. Lindberg dropped my case—despite the fact that I had already paid nearly $15,000. I then tried to contact Ms. Simmons to inform her of what had happened, but she never returned my call, seemingly having already been informed of the situation.

Jayme Sanchez I had an extremely poor and unprofessional experience with this company during my recent refinance process. Working with Taylor was a nightmare, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Leslie for assistance, I received no response. This entire process was drawn out unnecessarily, making it a miserable experience.
I signed my closing papers on Tuesday, even though they were ready the previous Friday, and it took several phone calls just to get documents that should have been sent earlier. I had to speak with Deann on multiple occasions to get any kind of information since there was no communication from Taylor. It wasn’t until I started complaining that I finally received my wiring information, which should have been a straightforward process.
My loan officer has been trying to reach me, and I’ve had to put other projects on hold due to these delays, costing me more money. I have closed on four homes in Atlanta and never had such an unprofessional and frustrating experience. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a call back from Leslie.
I do not recommend this company. Their lack of professionalism and communication made this refinance a stressful and costly ordeal.
