5 /5 Angel Thom: I am grateful for my church yall! I went through some crazy health stuff over the past few years and we have a great group of sisters who genuinely love one another. The church is small right now but we pray and have a heart of faith that those who are searching for the Light of Christ might come and partake and worship with us. We are all about family, love, unity and helping one another in our burdens of life. We are learning the ropes of service and enjoy seeing relief in those that just need to be seen and loved and to have a true friend. All are welcome. Please come and see. We have sacrament meeting at 10am on Sunday and there is also a youth group and elementary age groups called Primary and Sunday School and Relief Society. In these groups we learn more about the Savior Jesus Christ and all the blessings that God has for His children here upon the Earth. We hope in our Savior Jesus Christ as the Apostle Paul shares. We believe in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. They work hand in hand to speak of the divine role our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has for bringing us home to our Heavenly Father. He is our advocate and mediator and our Brother and Friend.
We truly do hope all things. My favorite scripture in the Bible would be Hebrews 11:1- 1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
And my favorite scripture in the Book of Mormon is
Ether 12:4 Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God.
I am grateful for this church and all that have worked for it to be here in my life. This is a beautiful place to find strength, pray with others, sing praise to our Lord and be unified in Jesus Christ as one people. All are welcome.
