1 /5 SOUTHERN QUEEN BEE: This is the second time I’ve been to visit this church, and not a single person at the door or in the church spoke to us. After the first time, we just figured it was a fluke and decided to give them another chance, but it happened again today. Teenagers seem to congregate around the doors and if there were greeters, we didn’t see them. The feel of the church appears to be that they are only interested in keeping the people they currently have, and not try to attract new members. I grew up Methodist, so I was really hoping for more here. Filled out a comment card after the first visit and no one contacted us for two solid weeks. I haven’t had this type of experience with other churches here in Brunswick. I’m sure the people are nice, but not welcoming. We won’t be back.
