St Paul AME Church - brunswick - Brunswick (GA)

Nicole M I ended up visiting this church because I had gotten lost in route to the church Id planned to go to. To my surprise it was a all white congregation, still I was welcomed to worship with them and return to service again. They members are very sweet and so was the pastor. They are a come as you are church you dont have to be in a suit and tie. Plan to visit again before I leave the city.

Keith Bragg I attended a Sunday morning service here last summer. My brother, a Viet Nam veteran, had just died. Brother Guthrie and others there were most sympathetic and the whole congregation was very friendly. Joe Guthrie attended my brothers funeral next day though he barely knew any of our family. He was sincerely sorry for our loss. I live far away from here, but will attend services whenever I am in the area. This Church adheres to Biblical principles in all they do and is a Church with a heart. May God bless them.

Heather Kennedy We are from NC and were headed to South FL for Spring Break with our 3 young kids. We were stopping in Brunswick for the night and I really didn’t want to miss Easter Sunday service so I googled looking for a church. We went to Brunswick Community at 930. It was amazing. The people were super friendly, the inside was beautiful and clean, it was easy checking in my children to their places, the music was amazing and so was the service. The music was a mix of new songs and old hymns with a new twist. It was modern but not so loud I couldn’t hear myself, which is my weekly complaint at our regular church. It was fantastic. The sermon was good and to the point and didn’t drag out. I liked how people actually had their Bibles, which you don’t see much anymore. My kids loved their area and had fun as well. If we lived in this area this is where I would attend. Thank you for a beautiful Easter service, a biblical message, nice people, and great music! Definitely worth going to if you live in this area.

Jackie Harvey This church is so awesome. The pastor is very down to earth and the congregation is friendly. Our daughter loves the childrens program and attends both Sunday and Wednesday as well as the free karate class on Saturday mornings.

Joel McGraw When we moved to Brunswick back in April of 2024 we were already familiar with the church and knew that the Lord was leading us to join! Then in mid summer my wife was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, the folks of Bible Baptist were very supportive and met many needs along this sad journey. My wife Debbie went home to her Saviour December 31, 2024. Again the folks did everything they could to help and comfort me! If your desiring to have a loving caring church family, come to Bible Baptist you might find what you’re looking for and need!

Hal Pendergrass Faithful to Gods word. Good liturgy, hymns and preaching. Always look forward to sharing worship in this church when we visit St. Simons.
