Jenny Bender If I could give this place ten stars, I would! Ive taken multiple vehicles to ATC Auto and theyve always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. My most recent experience was so great that I needed to make it official with a Google review. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, it was 4th of July and they were busy (which I expected.) I knew they would have to keep it for a few days, which was totally fine. During that time, they were communicative every step of the way. Unlike a lot of places that attempt to upsell you or "find" other expensive things that "need" to be taken care of, ATC Auto has always been honest and I really appreciate that. They always take care of the issue and are very reasonably priced! Even if you dont live in Grovetown, its worth the drive to take your vehicle to good people who know what theyre doing!

It has taken us on family trips and even helped us through COVID, giving us a safe way to escape to the water without ever leaving the car. I’ve taken it to other mechanics, and they all told me the same thing: “You’d be better off getting a new car.” But not Beacon. They treated my car like a luxury vehicle fresh off the lot! She needs a lot of mechanical attention, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the work. Their customer service is impeccable, their pricing is upfront, honest and reasonable, and their care for both their customers and their vehicles is rare these days. Beacon is a 10/10 recommendation from us! If you love your car and want it in the best hands, this is the place to go.

anthony swan This place is a joke I was getting a quote for a uhaul and I told him to wait a min and that idiot ran my credit card anyways. Went to go look at the auto transport tires were 1/32 left and dryrotted like crazy. They told me they would be safe and I had to drive 700 miles. Told them to get it the beep off my truck your not killing me. They wouldnt refund my money place is a joke. Taking to uhaul now my credit card company and then a lawyer.

Cindy Boerstler Noel was absolutely on board with everything I needed. He stopped in the middle of his day to come check on the car. He towed the car and fixed everything that need to be done. Timing belt has to be replaced, water pump had to be replace and a new battery. Noel is very professional in every possible. He has worked / service 2 of our vehicles. There was absolutely no disappointment in his work. I will take / refer anyone to his business. Thank you Noel for being honest and doing the work that needed to be done. We also got a quote on a set of tires for the used vehicle we just purchased. Fair prices. Awesome customer service from the first phone call to the in person visit. Quality Car Center of Evans
Drew May Quality Work and Amazing Follow Up! I was referred to Quality Car Care by a local tire store. The were prompt and efficient but the part I needed was on back order for many months. They did a great job of following up on the part and gave me regular updates exceeding my expectations. When the part arrived I got a call and a quick appointment. Reasonable pricing and great service, cant ask for a better experience with this friendly and professional group of people.
