Zack, the owner, was shop manager for many years at Rader Mercedes in Augusta before retiring and starting his own business , and he knows these vehicles like the back of his hand and provides great service at a fair price... NOTE: Mercedes dealers are no longer servicing classic Mercedes as the great hands-on classic Mercedes mechanics are now more like computer technicians than "mechanics".

They were completely up front about what my car needed (and more importantly, what it didn’t), and there were no surprise charges or upsells. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Its rare to find a repair shop that values clear communication as much as solid work, but they deliver on both fronts. If youre looking for a trustworthy place to bring your car, this is it. Tamie Moore My car may be older, but it holds deep sentimental value. It’s the car my oldest son—now serving in the military—learned to drive in. It has taken us on family trips and even helped us through COVID, giving us a safe way to escape to the water without ever leaving the car. I’ve taken it to other mechanics, and they all told me the same thing: “You’d be better off getting a new car.” But not Beacon. They treated my car like a luxury vehicle fresh off the lot! She needs a lot of mechanical attention, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the work. Their customer service is impeccable, their pricing is upfront, honest and reasonable, and their care for both their customers and their vehicles is rare these days. Beacon is a 10/10 recommendation from us! If you love your car and want it in the best hands, this is the place to go.

Yadiel Mercedes Great local, family-owned auto shop. I did a lot of research before choosing where to take my car after an accident. I decided to go with Enrique’s because they had the quickest turn around and I am glad I picked them. They turned my car from a mess to being on the road again. I was able to communicate with the shop, I was able to talk with the mechanic who was working on my car, the girl at the desk who dealt with the insurance, and the shop owner about questions and concerns. In total I was able to drop of my car and get it back with in two weeks. I would definitely recommend this shop for your car’s needs; mechanic or paint/body work and personal or insurance work.

We also got a quote on a set of tires for the used vehicle we just purchased. Fair prices. Awesome customer service from the first phone call to the in person visit. We will be doing car maintenance from now on with them on both of our vehicles.
