1 /5 Wauketa Hill: I wish that I could give ZERO stars! I visited this business on July 29, 2025 for a tire plug , which was $50. I received 2 plugs/patches and I was cleared to drive off but when I got a half a mile away, the tire that was fixed started to sound and feel funny. I pulled over and there were only 3 bolts in the tire and 1 stud was missing. At this time the business was closed because I was their last customer. I had to get a tow back to the shop. The owner did not reimburse me for my tow and claimed that I could have driven with 3 studs and bolts but I came in with 5. I only wanted my tires properly fixed and a reimbursement due to this not being my fault. The receptionist is the owners girlfriend. She has him saved under “my sweetheart” and he is her husband and they have 4 children and she had a bad attitude as well. She had said that she fires the staff for not doing their job but he, the owner, thinks that she’s being harsh. He was very rude and would not agree to reimburse me. They also could not fix my tire and had to ask the workers behind the shop to do it. The men at this shop were very helpful and stated that I should be reimbursed as well because things could have ended badly! The men at the shop behind them showed me where the bolts were attached wrong and was strip as well as the tire striping. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! UPDATE::: after an hour of waiting at the shop behind this business, she walks back to me and attempts to start an argument about this review! She was yelling and saying that she has a masters degree and she doesn’t need to be in the internet. She was very irate and I told her that it seems like we’re both upset so have a good day. ALSO, while waiting a woman pulled up and stated that they messed her car up as well!! REVIEW WILL BE DELETED WHEN I’M REIMBURSED!!

I had been searching high and low for an affordable used tire that was still in great condition—no luck anywhere else. Either the price was way too high, or the quality just wasn’t there. But Riverside Autocare came through with a used tire that was both budget-friendly and top quality. You honestly won’t find a better deal anywhere else. Now, let’s talk about the alignment. With my truck being lifted, other shops either turned me away or did such a poor job it made things worse. But Riverside nailed it. The alignment was spot-on—better than perfect. The staff and the receptionist were super welcoming, friendly, and professional. 5 /5 Makenzi Robinson: Money and Time well spent. Victor did a thorough investigation of my truck and spent Im sure most of his afternoon making sure he was satisfied with his work. The staff is accommodating and welcoming to its customers. Took the tine to explain their prices and fees associated. Honest affordable work. Friendly patient receptionist. Offers cool refreshments. Please visit for any tire need.

1 /5 Carmen G: Witnessed first hand how unprofessional this place is. I returned due to a mistake that they made on my vehicle and was told many rude things about a customer who also had an issue. The customer was still there and I spoke with her and from what I heard she had the right to be upset. She could have died from not having her bolts tightened and driving unsafe. The front desk worker did not have to disclose their issue to me and for that I will never return. The customer had a right request a refund and it wasn’t honored. Poor customer service

5 /5 Ethan Lamb: Great place very nice people that work here got me in really quick on a Sunday at that! Got me in and helped me get a new set of tires on my truck. Even stayed late to help me. Very appreciative and definitely recommend coming here for any of your tire needs!
