They took the time to drive it long enough to get it to do what I was complaining it was doing and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg! My 2012 Ford Explorer is running so well now! Im so thankful they figured out what was wrong and took care of it and the customer service was great as well!
