1 /5 alexiss myers: I came up to his shop on Tuesday (06/27) when my car stalled out and kept hesitating when accelerating, Johnny himself said the issue was that my car was misfiring because of my ignition control module and that one of my coil packs was working around half capacity and that I needed to replace it as well. I test drove my car today (06/29) since I had just gotten the chance to after replacing the exact coil pack that was said to be failing. I was also told that he “couldn’t diagnose the issue because my ecu isn’t able to be read” when I know for a fact that I’ve had codes pulled off of it before. After test driving it today I’ve found that my car is still acting the same exact way it was before I took it to his shop. I believe that Johnnys shop is not a good recommendation for anyone that’s needing mechanical work done to their vehicles; furthermore Johnny also refuses to answer the phone most of the time, he’s never at his shop when you need him to be, he acts like a know it all, he’s overall just not a good person to be in customer service with. I myself will never recommend him to anyone I know.
