Ron Barksdale I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry. Typically dealing with car issues and mechanics is something you dread and try to avoid, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these folks and entrusting my truck to them. Donna and Bill are the absolute best!

Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

Robert Hunsberger II I called about a quote for new tires on my truck. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I was given my quote quickly and it was a good price. I was also advised of the availability of the tire and when they could be installed.

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! Highly recommend for your auto needs. A million thanks, God bless!!!

ricky daniel Traveling home from Atlanta back to south GA on a Sunday when my truck experienced extreme engine misfire. I got a room in Macon knowing I couldnt get home. A friend referred me to Calhoun Automotive, he knew the shop forman, Kevin. Kevin called me on a Sunday and told be to bring it Monday morning, that there would be a bay and a technician ready to look at it. Kristie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Within 2 hours Kevin informed me of the problem (a nicked wire on an injector), reviewed the diagnostic report and the recommended service I needed. Due to the expenses of the hotel and tow, financially the recommended repairs were a strain at that moment. I was told I was safe to get home and I was charged basically only for the diagnostics. Calhoun Auto treated me fairly and quickly allowed me to get on my way home. Its always a concern when you are away from home and need service like this; will I be treated fairly? The answer is a resounding yes. I will absolutely recommend them, they are honest and professional.

Carmen Meadows Grant’s Tire and Auto was very helpful. Right before they closed one afternoon my battery came on. They checked to be sure it was the battery. I did need a new battery so they ordered one to be delivered very early the next morning. I Took my car in very early and was able to pick up before nine on. Very easy check in and checking out. I would recommend Grant Tire and Auto to my family and friends.
