Ed .G. I made an appointment for routine service (oil change and brake fluid flush and fill) on a Friday afternoon for the following Monday morning. Dropped off my car at 11:00am per my appointment. I planned to pick up the car the next day as I had some other business out of town. Received a video mid-afternoon from the service tech working on my vehicle showing my car up on the lift, explaining the condition of the parts he encountered while preforming the work, and his progress and projected completion tiime that afternoon. That was the first time I’d ever had that done at a dealership, and I found it reassuring to actually see the work in progress and hear directly from the gentleman doing the work. Very cool. Car was ready that afternoon, although I’d already made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Everything about the experience, drop off through pick up, was seamless and easy. No surprises. Very professional throughout. A very positive experience.
