5 /5 Brian Michael Walters: I have to start this review with a forward statement; no one hates dentists more than me. However, after reading reviews on Llyod family Dentistry and about Dr Cox specifically, I had to give them a shot. Did I mention I’m a procrastinator yet? No? Probably because i procrastinated. I once waited 17 years to put a crown on a root canal. That said, I had another root canal done two years ago and it just chipped. Not wanting to lose the tooth I went to Lloyd to have Dr Cox put a crown on it. I’ve never been more relaxed in a dentist office ever in my life. The staff was polite and Dr Cox wasn’t a heavy handed maniac with a drill. He was gentle with his hands and informative when it came to telling me what’s needed and what to expect. Super long winded, I know, but absolutely necessary. Book the appointment. You’ll be glad you did.

5 /5 Allan Barnett: Just about the best experience I can remember having going to the dentist. Staff was very friendly. My appointment was at 3 p.m. and they called me back at 3 p.m. My hygienist Rachael was extremely nice and performed all of her dental duties while causing no discomfort to me. They used a couple of different methods to clean and polish my teeth that I had not experienced before and they were both more pleasant and easier on the mouth than my previous dentist. Dr. Lloyd explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Lloyd Family Dental and truly appreciated the fine care they provided to my wife and I today.

5 /5 David Krug: I saw Dr.Cox. I had to have a filling done on short notice. Dr.cox and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. They checked my pain level multiple times to make sure I was numb. Asked questions to keep me engaged as we waited for the numbing agents to work and then when he was doing the work it was quickly done. He kept me informed of what he was doing and even told me the differences in the drills? (Is drills the right tool?) and explained how best to take care of the back of the mouth so I would be less inclined to have a repeat issue. If I were to sum it up I would say. Dr.Cox treats you like family. Is attentive to you as a patient and is more than just a person who is trying to fill the seat. In a world of social media it was nice to have someone who was just as interested in the person in front of them as they were in taking care of their customer. In a world of people looking for 5 star review he deserves 11 stars! Thank you!!

This visit introduced me to Dr. Michael Cox, the new dentist at the practice, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, exceptional bedside manner, and remarkable skill in preparing my tooth for the temporary crown. Dr. Cox’s dental assistant, Lily, who has been a long-standing member of the team, was equally phenomenal. Her expertise in crafting and seating the temporary crown was impeccable—she did an absolutely perfect job. Beyond her impressive dental skills, Lily has an award-winning personality that immediately puts patients at ease, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help in every situation. Having been a patient at Dr. Lloyd’s practice for many years, I have always experienced superior dental care matched by his wonderful personality. Now, with the addition of Dr. Cox, Dr. Lloyd has truly assembled a dentistry “dream team.” I look forward to continuing my dental care at this exceptional practice and cannot thank everyone enough for their commitment to providing the highest quality treatment and ensuring patient comfort.
