Jett AutoCare - Marietta (GA)

5 /5 Jeff Baker: We were travelling down to Georgia from Ohio to see our son at Fort Benning (Ranger graduation) and had a wheel bearing go bad, we had just gotten into Georgia when I realized it was going out. I got on my phone and started looking for shops just outside of Atlanta and noticed the good ratings for Jett Autocare. I gave them a call and spoke with Paul and explained the situation and the time crunch we were on. I had already secured a rental vehicle a few miles away from Jetts so all we had to do was make to it to the shop before it went out. We made it to the vehicle rental place and then just made it to Jetts. We dropped our vehicle off on a Wednesday evening and it was done by Thursday evening (front wheel bearings on both sides and front brake job - actually done a day early from what he had originally told me). Service was fast and price was good for all the work that was done. When I initially spoke with Paul on the phone he was clear and honest about the repair schedule and showed a real concern for our safety getting down to them. Cant thank them enough for getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road and safely home. Thank you guys for doing a GREAT job!!!

5 /5 Abigail Pennell: Thank you for taking such good care of my car today Shane! He was so nice and respectful. Car was done in a decently timely manner. I really appreciated that he pointed out things that would need to be fixed soon but never put any pressure on me to buy anything. He really listened to my concerns and throughly checked my car to make sure I was safe. Everyone I met there was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back when I need my brakes done!

My 2015 Subaru Forester is very well loved but I am confident that I will be driving it for years to come because of how well Paul and the crew take care of the vehicle. I keep coming back and my car stays well-maintained because Jett Autocare is prompt, fair, and a joy to visit.

If you have an issue just stop in and speak to Derrick he will gladly offer a solution and great price. My company has been a loyal Customer for over 15 years and i also use them on my personal vehicles.

There’s so many mechanics around it was hard for me to decide where to take my vehicle but multiple people recommended Jett AutoCare to me so I went there. Not only were they quick but they were honest and very very nice! If you’re trying to decide where to take your car look no further! Jett AutoCare is amazing and I’ll 100 percent be back!
