Patrick Soine I took my 2003 Chevrolet Duramax to them for a shifting issue with my transmission. They were the third mechanic I took them to and they were the only ones to figure out my problem and it only cost $250. I had somebody else tell me I needed a transmission for $5500. I’m glad I took it here and after it was fixed it ran perfect

Candice Jones Ben was a lifesaver today when our college son broke down down the road from his shop and didn’t know who to call. He came to his rescue and even took time out of his busy day just talking with my son and getting to know him after he couldn’t get his hands on the part needed to get the vehicle back on the road today. We got there a couple hours later and he was very friendly and welcoming and bragged on our son’s demeanor and said he was a great guy! When I said I wasn’t even sure why my son took that route to his destination - he said “God sent him this way”. Amen to that! I highly recommend this shop and Ben if you need any auto repairs. My son informed us he was very knowledgeable about vehicles on top of being an amazing guy. There are good people in this world and Ben is for sure one of them. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area needing automotive work done!! I pray God continues to bless Ben and his family as well as his business!

Glenn Lopez I was amazed by the professionalism of my whole experience. My vehicle was properly diagnosed, and when it came to repairing my truck, the Tech, Paul went above and beyond to source me the needed parts and install them. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it had been detailed, along with all of my fluids being topped off. I was also made aware of minor issues that would need to be taken care of soon. I will definitely use eTech Auto Works for all my future automotive needs.
