Vivian Singletary Great experience! My check engine light was on in my car. I called and asked if I could come int to have it diagnosed. I was given an appointment right away. I took the car there in within 15 minutes of checking it out they knew what was wrong. They ordered the parts and I came back the next day to have it repaired. Such wonderful customer service, fair pricing and overall great experience. Than you so much!

Jamie Eaton This tire was supposed to go on a brand new rim that was in the back seat. But as you can clearly see it did not. The new rim was still in the original new box that came in. At least this lesson only cost me $137.75. Michael had asked me to bring my rim back to them, he wanted one chance to make it right. Absolutely complete and correct❗ I had my Father-in-law take his truck there to have the alternator fixed, weve had no problem out of the alternator sense ‼️ At least things got fixed and done correctly when it was owned by Keith Bone❗‼️ This review is Subject to change ❓ 2-21-25 - The Management reached out to me (when they could finally get in contact with me) and ask if they could make this right ❗ They have my rim & tire , I pray that they are able to take care of it ⁉️ Humans make mistakes, good people try to make it right ❗I took my father-in-laws truck here to get the alternator replaced ‼️ Great work and thank you all‼️2-27-24 They have not had a chance to do anything with my rim & tire⁉️

Paigelyn Ramirez Great mechanic shop! Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They got the job done super quick with reasonable pricing. We were in a bind and other mechanics we called were not going to be able to get job done quick and we’re going to charge a lot of money. We are so thankful for Aparicios!!!

Kimber Konecny I can’t say enough good things about this tire shop! They were the only place open when I desperately needed help, and they truly saved the day. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road safely. The tire was also very reasonably priced. It’s rare to find this level of service and care — I’m so grateful I found them and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Dan Hamilton They did a fantastic job. I was passing through Greensboro when my boat trailer bearings went out. I called him on a Friday afternoon and I knew he couldnt get to it immediately. I had to leave my boat at this unknown shop and would not pass by for another week. He called me when it was ready and upon picking it up he detailed to me what he had done. The work was excellent, his place was secure to leave my boat, and Mike himself was genuinely a nice guy. Highly recommend him . His detail work was professional.

Alycia Jump The service is fast you dont even have to get out of your car. The guys here are always doing their best to make sure your needs are met.. its a very busy place but if you have patience these guys will do whatever they can to help
