5 /5 Jamie Eaton: This tire was supposed to go on a brand new rim that was in the back seat. But as you can clearly see it did not. The new rim was still in the original new box that came in. At least this lesson only cost me $137.75. Michael had asked me to bring my rim back to them, he wanted one chance to make it right. Absolutely complete and correct❗ I had my Father-in-law take his truck there to have the alternator fixed, weve had no problem out of the alternator sense ‼️ At least things got fixed and done correctly when it was owned by Keith Bone❗‼️ This review is Subject to change ❓ 2-21-25 - The Management reached out to me (when they could finally get in contact with me) and ask if they could make this right ❗ They have my rim & tire , I pray that they are able to take care of it ⁉️ Humans make mistakes, good people try to make it right ❗I took my father-in-laws truck here to get the alternator replaced ‼️ Great work and thank you all‼️2-27-24 They have not had a chance to do anything with my rim & tire⁉️

The service was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I also appreciated their transparency and honesty—they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. 1 /5 Megan Davis: Had some work done for a warranty issue with carvana. Because its closest to me. They worked with me as fast as they could, to begin with and the review would be better if not for lack of communication. Constant "well call you right back" turned into days of waiting him having to call them back. My husband had headlights replaced on his truck. Unknown to them or us really, the headlights had trim pieces made on the assembly itself that had to be taken off the old and placed on the new. Well, after mentioning it to the people at the shop, "Ill call and find out and let you know in a little bit". Few days later(husband had to call them again), "I havent heard anything on them, let me call". A week passes, still no call from them. Husband calls, "we gotta order them in, well let you know when theyre here". Its been a month now since the trim saga started, husband calls checking, "we only got one in, waiting on the other". That was 2 weeks ago. This whole fiasco is pushing out to 3 months total time. From the time he started the warranty claim, until now. And he still has yet to receive a call from them updating anything. So if youre in a hurry or want some actual communication about work getting done, stay far far away from here.
