Ana Mendez For 3 weeks I was getting the runaround from a local dealership about repairing my sons key fob. After 2 appointments, I was told twice by the dealership that it would cost me $179 for a diagnostic and an additional $500 just to get the electrician to "take a look". Neither ever happened and gladly didnt spend any money. I then took the car to JB FULL SERVICE AUTO REPAIR FAYETTEVILLE one morning, after New Years Day, at 8:30 without an appointment. Natalia was able to help me right away and within 4 hours received a new key fob programmed to the vehicle and I spent less than the dealership quoted me. Griffin Marcus (Little Junkers) A Lifesaver for My F-550s 19.5" Tires! My recent visit to Hoffman Automotive last Friday was an absolute game-changer! I had been dreading the process of getting new 19.5" tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my F-550. I called what felt like every tire shop in the area, and to my frustration, almost all of them told me they didnt work with that size. I was mentally preparing for a long drive to Atlanta to get the job done, but then I found Hoffman Automotive. What a relief! Not only did they confidently tackle the work, but they did an exceptional job. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced with larger truck tires. My F-550 now drives incredibly smoothly thanks to their meticulous balancing and installation. Rhettsdesire Fayetteville auto service. On April 26, 2025, a Saturday, while we were traveling from Kentucky to Fayetteville, NC the check engine light came on in our 2000 Lincoln LS and the vehicle began to shake intermittently as vehicles do when they have a misfire. We had commitments to family and friends on Sunday as well as Monday morning, so we limped around and met those. At noon on Monday, having read positive reviews about Fayetteville Auto Service, we visited their shop. We expected they would tell us they could work on the vehicle sometime during the next couple of days. It is sometimes hard to get someone to work on an older vehicle. BUT, they said they would work us in, diagnose the problem and repair it if possible. It was possible! The ignition coil on the number one cylinder had to be replaced. Within two hours we were back on the road. Very professional. Reasonable prices. We highly recommend these people.
