Ana Mendez For 3 weeks I was getting the runaround from a local dealership about repairing my sons key fob. After 2 appointments, I was told twice by the dealership that it would cost me $179 for a diagnostic and an additional $500 just to get the electrician to "take a look". Neither ever happened and gladly didnt spend any money. I then took the car to JB FULL SERVICE AUTO REPAIR FAYETTEVILLE one morning, after New Years Day, at 8:30 without an appointment. Natalia was able to help me right away and within 4 hours received a new key fob programmed to the vehicle and I spent less than the dealership quoted me. Quick, honest and great quality customer service! JB will definitely be my new local auto service and repair go- to from now on! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Kandis Thrower Customer service WAS AWESOME. The time frame for fixing and holding my vehicle was PHENOMENAL. I mean it was truly a hassle free experience. Dropped it off Sunday night, Monday confirmed they had it, went over my issues. Tuesday they called to confirm services can be done... Thursday it was ready for pick up.... Ill be providing another review based on the service done to my vehicle at a later time.... but so far Im very pleased

S Patricia I used to go here back when it was still Mask Tire Co. Now as Southside Tire, there are a lot of the same guys working here. They do a great job, are fast and fair. I came today for a tire rotation and balance on my RAV4 and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Josh, who was working the desk, was also very nice.

Destinee Nicolas Joshua did a great job on my vehicle. He even went a step beyond & did other complimentary services such as putting air in my tire. He also worked on my vehicle the same day I called. I highly recommend going to him!
