1 /5 Wardell Albritton: Honesty and integrity ! I took my truck to this shop at least 5-6 times and I had to continually take it back and get it towed back and forth for over a year. I never could drive my truck anywhere without having to get it towed. Each time that I would call to see if my truck was repaired, I was told your truck is ready and good to go. Everytime I had to take my truck back or get it towed back to their shop. I had paid about $4-5 thousand dollars totally to Innovative Automotive and ended up having to take my truck to another garage to get it fixed properly which ended up in costing me an additional about $5-6 thousand dollars for another engine. Consumers should be very cautious, careful and think five times before taking your vehicle to this shop for any type of repairs.

5 /5 Lakota Mack: Time to stop looking around for a good shop because this is the one. Ive brought my 09 Chevy 2500 to them 3 times, and I havent been disappointed once. The first time I brought her in was because no other shop in town could get my truck driving straight, let alone get the steering wheel straight. The other guys couldnt even figure out why it wasnt (including the services people at the chevy dealership). Vibe there is great too. The guys are super chill, and they run the shop with integrity, in my opinion. A weight off my shoulders since my truck is like my baby. Theyve also been super quick getting the work done. Id wait longer though knowing its gonna get done right.

5 /5 Piper Warmuskerken: This is my kiddos tablet account haha, but I dropped my car off Thursday and Kevin text me to check to see if I was dropping car off, and they gave me a ride home! I knew after bad experiences with previous mechanics, and leery of same outcome, I had no hesitation trusting him with work that needs to be done! Everyone in there is very friendly, happy, and helpful! If employees are joking and laughing, that means they enjoy work and have a good boss! He explained his warranty work, and answered all my questions! I swear one bad experience, makes a person hesitate getting work done, but I know I took it to the right place!

5 /5 Casey Lewis: This is the best shop in town best prices great customer service and I’ve never had any problem out of nobody or getting my car back fast. This is the only shop I use in town all three cars in the picture. They have worked on the red one they have worked on from day one has, a lot of aftermarket work done to it rebuilt motor and everything will not take my vehicles to no other shop Thanks guys

5 /5 Deonte Seldon: Great place of business! I got my 2016 Denali lifted on a 9” FTS lift on 37” nitto mud grapps 1.5 KSP spacers and powered coat. He told me to bring it back after 500 miles and let me tighten up your bolts I failed to do so due to work and my tie rod nut backed out luckily it wasn’t bad, I let the owner know and he got my truck towed and got me back on the rd the next day didn’t pay a dime to get it fixed nor towed that’s good business! Haven’t had anymore problems and the truck rides like butter Would definitely recommend for all your vehicles needs, and will be back to get my exhaust done !
